Excelsior Park Steel-Chronograph, 60ies, screwcase! like new!
This steel-Chrono from Swiss manufacturer Excelsior Park is something really special:
Excelsior Park was founded in 1866 by Jules Frederic Jeanneret in Saint-Imier. In the early 30ies when chronographs became very important in horology the company started producing this type of watches, esp. pocket watches. First they took movements from other companies, but later produced their own movements and were very successful. They delivered their movements to different important manufacturers like Gallet, Girard Perregaux and Zenith!
So complete wristwatch chronographs like this watch were very rare!
This watch was completely produced and delivered by Excelsior Park. High grade in all parts, screwed case, no signs of wear, just some traces of long storage! Beautiful Excelsior Park 4 movement with 45-minute counter! Big diameter of 37mm!! (movement just serviced!)
Awesome classical vintage chrono in top condition!
